c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention‚ also as regards their content‚ of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated‚ except in the case in which this fulfillment occurs proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
- The interested party has the right to object‚ in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons‚ to the processing of personal data concerning him‚ even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Holder of the data
The Data Controller is Evasioni Blu Diving. The provider of the platform used for the newsletter service operates as a privacy manager. The interested party may request the list of appointed privacy managers from the Data Controller.
Nature of data provision and consent
The provision of data is optional. Any refusal makes it impossible for the owner to respond to the requests made by the interested party. Based on the articles 23‚ 122 and 130 of the privacy code‚ consent to the processing of data is necessary as they are used for sending emails of commercial and promotional content according to the methods described in this statement and for accessing information through the systems offered from the platform used by the owner.
